Sample Storage
We utilize our -80°C freezer to store samples that we will run for investigators; however, this is only temporary storage space to accommodate many ongoing projects. If we contact you to return samples when a project is completed or halted for an indeterminate amount of time you must make accommodations to pick up your samples within 30 days. If samples remain in our freezer after this time, we will charge for sample storage at the rate of $500/month.
