Q: Where and when can I drop samples?
A: You can coordinate with Crystal Uvalle at ceu7@pitt.edu to drop off samples. Samples will be accepted Monday -Thursday 9 am - 4 pm and due to the BST3's restricted access, a member of the MSC will need to plan to meet you on the 1st floor of the BST3 lobby (3501 Fifth Ave) or at the security checkpoint in the nursing school.
Q: What do I need to include with my sample drop-off?
A: Bring your labeled samples on dry ice (unless instructed otherwise) in a box with your PI's name and drop-off date labeled clearly. Please email us this completed sample template prior to dropping off your samples, making sure to include complete sample IDs, billing information, and any other relevant information (e.g. type of analysis, cell counts, tissue weight, etc.) Failure to submit this form will result in a delay of processing your samples.
